Today was an intro session for the book club. Masha'Allah although some sisters couldn't make today, there was a good turn out including some young children.
Macmillan tea party arranged by Minhaj Sisters at MQI London
The Macmillan tea party was a wonderful afternoon with a great selection of cakes and deserts and insightful talks from a few individuals and also Docter Farrakh. Over £420 was raised on the day.
Minhaj Sisters hold Midlands Meeting
On Sunday 9th October 2016 Minhaj Sisters Midlands held their first official meeting to discuss the new Minhaj Sister’s structure and present various plans and projects to be undertaken by the different teams.
MWF participants climbed the O2 venue (London) in aid of Charity
On Saturday the 17th September 2016, a group of MWF participants climbed the o2 venue in London. So far £6,500 has been raised with more donations still coming in.

Minhaj Sisters London organised a small gathering with Alima Faiza Qadri (who is currently based in Dallas, working for MQI).
The topic of the gathering was Sisterhood. The session began with the beautiful recitation of the Holy Quran and Durood upon the Prophet ﷺ recited by Hafisa Amina Hussain (student of MQI).

Minhaj Sisters Midlands holds organisational meeting
Minhaj Sisters (Midlands) held their first meeting in Walsall Minhaj-ul-Quran Centre on Sunday 4th September 2016. This was the first meeting held after the restructure of Muslim Youth league Sisters to Minhaj sisters by Shaykh-ul-Islam Dr Muhammad Tahir-ul-Qadri in the meeting with Ghazala Hassan Mohiddun Qadri in August. The meeting began with the recitation of the holy Quran by sister Tanzeem followed by the Qaseeda Burda and a beautiful naat by sister Aleena.
