Halqa-e-Durood Report by MWL (Huddersfield)

With the name of Glorified Allah. Halqa-e-Durood was organised on Sunday 24th January 2016 at the residence of Vice president MWL Huddersfield Sister Shamsa Farzana .32 Participants sisters and 11 children (members and non-members) from local community attended this blessed Mehfil enthusiastically.

Our special guest was Vice President MWL Gulnaz Amir from Rochdale.

The spiritual Mehfil was at 11:00AM to 3:30PM.

Mehfil commenced with recitation of Surah Yaseen.

Minhaj Durood was recited for 30-40minutes and counted and passed onto national level. Then Minhaj wazaifs were read by all sisters and children present.

In the Mehfil Hamd mubarik and variety of Naat Shareef in Urdu, English and Punjabi were recited by different sisters to rejoice and offer our gratitude to our beloved Prophet Muhammad (PBUH).Most favourite Naat Shareefs were’ Jeesy chaha dar pa bula liya’ , ‘Jithaya mera Hazoor da daira aya’ , ‘jay tusiya chandaya ho moo meetha karna’ , ‘Baatya b Madina ki raatya b Madina ki’, ‘Karam manghti hu Elahi ma tuj sa dua manghti hu’ , ‘Dil ma ishq-e-nabi ki ho ayesi lagan Dil machalta rahya rooh tarapti rahya’ , ‘Hamd ha tarye meri zaban pa’ , Naam-e-ahmed ya wo naam ha recited by our special guest in her melodious voice and every one enjoyed this Naat in her own style and she also recited two more Naats on request.

Children also recited Naats in their beautiful voice in English and Urdu as well.

After Special Zikr and Salaam upon Hazrat Muhammad PBUH the Mehfil was concluded by Dua

May Allah subhan-wa-Talah give us more passion & enlighten our hearts with Zikr-e-Rasool (PBUH).

Delicious food was served at the end
