Minhaj-ul-Quran International (Bradford) Celebrates Qaid Day 2010 |

Alhamdulillah by the Blessings of Almighty Allah and the Blessings of Holy Prophet Muhammad (SAW), on Friday 19th February 2010, Minhaj-ul-Quran International (Bradford) celebrated the 59th birthday of Shaykh-ul-Islam Dr Muhammad Tahir ul Qadri.
 | The students of Minhaj-ul-Quran International (Bradford), took part in a dual ceremony. The male students undertook their celebrations, whilst under the guidance of Minhaj-ul-Quran Women League and Muslim Youth League, the females took part in their ceremony. Allama Muhammad Saeed, Director of Education MQI Bradford began the programme by warmly welcoming everyone present at the ceremony. | He invited students individually to come forward and recite Tilawat-e-Quran and naat shareef. He also called upon Awais Hussain who delivered a short speech on the status of Shaykh ul Islam Dr Muhammad Tahir ul Qadri. This was followed by Talha Qadeer who recited a song in praise of Shaykh ul Islam, “Rak Tahir”. The programme concluded with a recitation of naat sharif, written by Shaykh-ul-Islam Dr Muhammad Tahir-ul-Qadri, “Teray Hote Janam Liya Hota”. |  | At the end Allama Muhammad Saeed called upon executive members including Rizwan Rehman (President), Shahid Abassi (Vice President), Mohammad Qadeer (General Secretary), Haji Muhammad Siddique (Executive Member), Hafiz Tariq (Finance Secretary), Al-Haj Abdul Rahim and Tasawar Hussain (Executive member) who collectively cut with the students of Minhaj ul Quran International (Bradford) cheering “Jeevay Jeevay Tahir Jeevay, Jeevay Jeevay Tahir Jeevay”. |  |  | Reported by MQI Bradford Media Secretary | |
