Milaad-un-Nabi (PBUH) Programmes by MQI (Huddersfield)


Alhamdul Lillah,in the blessed month of Rabi-ul-Awal series of Milaad Mehfils from 13th December 2015 (1st Rabi-ul-Awal) to 24th December 2015 were commenced by MQI-Huddersfield Participants sisters were from local community.

These spiritual Mehfils from11:00AM to 2:30PM alternatively organised at the residences of all sisters of MQI-Huddersfield.

Prominent figures of this league are Shamsa Farzana (President), Sidra Farooq (General Sec.), Yasmin (Welfare Sec.)

Other sisters ’name who attended regularly and organised Mehfils at their residence are

Sister Shumaila, Sister Ruqiya, Sister Kirn, Sister Rukhsana, Sister Zubaida, Sister Khalida, Sister Rani ,Sister Asma and Sister Tanzeem.

Before the start of each Mehfils faithful sisters offered congregation prayer of Zuhr.

Milaad-un-Nabi Mehfils began with beautiful recitation of Holy Quran with translation by Sidra Farooq.

Minhaj Durood Shareef was recited for 30-40mins daily and kept noted the quantity recited by Dawah Secretary to pass it on at national level. Minhaj wazaifs were recited by all present members led by Sister Sidra followed by melodious Qaseeda-Burda-Shareef.

During these Mehfils Variety of Naat Shareefs were recited by different sisters to rejoice and offer our gratitude to our beloved Prophet Muhammad (PBUH).

May Allah subhan-wa-Talah give us more passion & enlighten our hearts with Zikr-e-Rasool (PBUH).

The cake was also cut to celebrate The Birth of Muhammad (PBUH), The Prophet of Mercy and blessing for whole universe on 12th Rabi-ul-Awal which was arranged by sister Sidra.

On 26th December 2015, 14th Rabi-ul-Awal, A special Mehfil for children was organised.

Mehfil began with recitation then all the children in the Mehfil who could read, they recited Surah Yaseen and others read Durood Shareef......after the recitation and Tasbeeh of Durood Shareef children read different soul refreshing Naats in their own beautiful style.

Hot favourite Pizza with drink and cake was served to our children and all these cute participants were so happy on getting surprised gift hampers.

All the Mehfils concluded with Salaam upon Prophet (PBUH) and Dua. Delicious and mouth-watering food was served daily to the participants of Mehfils.
